Westlake

Seattle's Cascade district, about 1.71 miles from downtown, in King County.

Westlake's street grid is what I liked most in its records: 254 intersections per square mile, more than 95% of Seattle neighborhoods, and an average block length of 293 ft, shorter than 95% of them. I also noted sidewalk coverage estimated at 72.2% and an average lot size of 7,567 sq ft, larger than 70% of neighborhoods. Homes average 1,189 sq ft, smaller than 85%, and I found 47 transit stops within a quarter mile, fewer than 75% of neighborhoods.

I pulled these from OpenStreetMap: the nearest named restaurants and cafes, starting inside the neighborhood and measured from its edge. Places marked Patio have outdoor seating, from my research for Outdoor Seating Near Me, my other site; the photos come from that research too.
