Mid-Beacon Hill

Seattle's Beacon Hill district, about 3.98 miles from downtown, in King County.

Transit access is what separates Mid-Beacon Hill in my notes: 111 stops within a quarter mile, more than 90% of Seattle neighborhoods. I also found average blocks of 347 ft, shorter than 75% of the city, and homes averaging 1,881 sq ft, larger than 70% of it. The trade-off is sidewalk coverage, estimated at 63.1%, lower than 65% of neighborhoods. Cheasty Greenspace: Mt View and Dearborn Park are among the parks I mapped inside its borders.

I pulled these from OpenStreetMap: the nearest named restaurants and cafes, starting inside the neighborhood and measured from its edge. Places marked Patio have outdoor seating, from my research for Outdoor Seating Near Me, my other site; the photos come from that research too.
