Minor

Seattle's Central Area district, about 1.2 miles from downtown, in King County.

Minor's records gave me one standout I liked most: sidewalk coverage estimated at 89.7%, higher than 95% of Seattle neighborhoods. I also counted 121 transit stops within a quarter mile, more than 90% of Seattle neighborhoods, and 219 intersections per square mile. The median year built is 2006, and lots average 3,277 sq ft, smaller than 95% of the city's. Firehouse Mini Park and Spring Street Mini Park are among the parks I found.

I pulled these from OpenStreetMap: the nearest named restaurants and cafes, starting inside the neighborhood and measured from its edge. Places marked Patio have outdoor seating, from my research for Outdoor Seating Near Me, my other site; the photos come from that research too.
